Here's a recipe to try! EASY!! If you want something nice for a tea, you can fill them with lemon curd - that was a wake-up thought... lemon. Yummy.

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. unbleached flour
3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
sugar
Beat the butter and cream together, add flour and mix again. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut with a round cookie cutter. Place 1" apart. Sprinkle with sugar. Prick with fork.

Bake 7-9 minutes or until set. 

Now you have wafers to fill! I'll post a pic of mine soon.
